The couple renovated a historic building on her family’s 350-acre, five-generation farm with the intention that it would become their home, but they decided to transform it into a farmstay in 2017. Of the more than 2 million farms that participated in the 2017 Census of Agriculture , about 28,000 offered some kind of agritourism.

Over the last half-century, the Librandi family have purchased vineyards and invested in modern winemaking technology. Vineyards are planted in flat areas close to the sea and hills. As his grandfather had six children, his idea was to buy six hectares of vineyards. This way, each child would have his own vineyard.
