A designer by profession and without having any prior experience in the F&B fraternity, Puja Sahu is a fine example of resourcefulness and grit. She is the brains behind The Potbelly, the first-ever fine-dine Bihari restaurant of India. The Potbelly was started in 2012 with a personal investment.

One review from 2012 said that though they stopped by without a reservation, the matriarch invited them in and gave them an excellent tasting of the winery’s products. Mr. Romanelli invited me inside the dining room that serves as the tasting room for guests, and possibly the dinner table for the family in the evenings. Very homey.
