Buyer's Edge compared case purchases of meat substitute products by its 20,000+ restaurant customers from 2018 to 2019. Buyers Edge Platform data shows that from 2017 to 2018 the average price of a case of meat substitute products jumped 59.6% from $62 a case to $99 a case. But through 2019, that number came down, dropping 19.2%
