So excited and honored to have been recruited as an official Sherry Ambassador! Our instructor for this session was Mannuel Delgado, vineyard manager at Bodegas Gonzalez Byass. After the classroom session, Senior Delgado took us on a brief field trip to the La Canariera vineyard of Gonzalez Byass for a practical session on viticulture.
