Pinthouse Pizza is a brewery and artisanal pizza restaurant with locations in Austin and the northern suburb of Round Rock. They were strictly a deli and sandwich shop for nearly 20 years before opening the pizzeria in 2009, so I recommend trying one of their sandwiches, namely the Muffuletta or the Italian-style homemade Tuna salad sub.
