About one year ago I opened a bottle of 2004 Les Ruchets Cornas from Jean-Luc Colombo winery located in the northern appellation of Cornas in the Rhône Valley, France. The vineyards enjoy the influence of the sea and sun with hot days and cool nights that are ideal conditions for grape growing.

And indeed, Bruno Giacosa Barolo and Barbaresco wines remain legendary, with each vineyard site producing unique and eloquent wines. It is the southernmost, coolest. Alcohol : 13.5%
