Working together, Italo and Sergio replanted the vineyards and restored the farmstead. The vineyards have an excellent southern exposure at 985-623 feet above sea level and the mild Mediterranean climate contributes to maintaining the balance of the grapes acidity, sugar and aromas. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak.
