Spring might be around the corner, but the snowstorms keep coming. I’m not a “seasonal” wine drinker, and I enjoy a variety of wines all year long. But when the temps dip below 20 degrees and the snow is swirling outside, I tend to lean toward a “fireside” red wine or something in the spirit family. I recently received a sample of Josh Cellars Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon and decided this is the perfect weekend to taste it.
