My favorite is the white blend, a melange of three really interesting grapes: barbera, chenin blanc, and colombard, the last being a grape traditionally used for making cognac, all sourced from sleeper vineyards across Mendocino Valley. I won’t yuck your yum if that’s your thing, but this is my list, and I’ll pass on the sugar booze.
