It was ridiculous, and though the $15 price tag when Black Tap first opened (the cotton candy shake goes for $19 now) may have seemed hefty, they were meals in and of themselves. The milkshakes were designed for the Instagram era, rimmed with frosting and garnished with M&Ms, Oreos, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and other treats.
