Based on the success of the early trial, restaurateur Peter Condouris has designed a comprehensive menu, which will coincide with the restaurant’s regular menu each Monday. Protein Bar & Kitchen now operates 19 fast casual restaurants with 13 in Chicago, four in and around Denver and two in Washington D.C.
