The growing Salad and Go concept has a new chief financial officer.
Corey Horsch, who was previously CFO of Gordon Ramsay North America since 2019, is stepping into the role, reporting to CEO Charlie Morrison. Before working with Gordon Ramsay, Horsch was CFO and treasurer of Sonic Drive-In for more than three years, while that company was preparing for its sale to Roark Capital.
“Corey brings extensive experience that will undoubtedly be a tremendous asset to our business,” said Morrison in a statement. “In addition to positioning the brand for our next phase of growth, Corey exemplifies the virtues that make him an ideal team player for Salad and Go.”
This year, the 10-year-old Salad and Go is expected to open its 100th store, and it is on track to open and operate 135 by the end of 2023, the company said.
