Church’s Texas Chicken has named Danton Nolan EVP, chief financial officer.

In his new role, Nolan replaces Louis Profumo, who is retiring after 18 years with the chicken chain. Nolan will work with the corporate and brand finance teams to focus on strategic priorities as Church's aims to add new restaurants domestically and internationally in 2023, according to a statement.

Nolan comes to Church’s from Inspire Brands, where he served as senior vice president of company, finance, capital and real estate. His tenure there included several years as senior vice president of finance at Arby's, where he worked on a brand turnaround initiative.

“In addition to his deep industry expertise, Danton brings an operational focus and a firm understanding of where we’re going and how to help us get there,” said Joe Guith, CEO of Church’s Texas Chicken, in a statement.  “I am eager to collaborate with Danton as we take the brand into its next phase of growth. I would also like to thank Louis 'Dusty' Profumo for his many years of dedicated service to the brand.”
