A light day in terms of events, but the restaurant is capped on reservations. The hotel restaurant doesn’t serve lunch (except for special events) which gives us a chance to catch our breath. Dean is also the guy to take care of any early breakfast or lunch special events, so he was all over the lunch scheduled for 40.
