Pauly D

DJ Pauly D rose to fame on MTV’s Jersey Shore and then became a fixture in the nightclub scene in Las Vegas. Now Pauly DelVecchio has his own line of sub sandwiches created in a ghost kitchen for delivery only. He teamed up with Robert Earl’s Virtual Dining Concepts and GrubHub on Pauly D’s Italian Subs.

The virtual restaurant’s online menu offers seven sub sandwiches, including the Italian, turkey pesto, the club, Genoa salami, pork and peppers, spicy capicola, and roast beef. The subs, served on an eight-inch Amoroso roll, come with mayo, shredded iceberg lettuce, onions, mild banana peppers, Italian herbs, and a signature dressing. The menu also includes four salad options, sides including potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, and chips, and cannoli desserts, a Pauly D favorite.

Virtual Dining Concepts and Earl already have ghost kitchens with Guy Fieri and his Flavortown Chicken, rapper Tyga and his chicken bites, and singer Mariah Carey and her cookies.

Pauly D’s Italian Subs is now available in Las Vegas through the GrubHub app or online at GrubHub. Diners can input their zip code to find their nearest location. Also, through April 15, diners receive free delivery with a minimum order of $15.
