State of Digital Qu announced the results of its fifth annual survey of quick service (QSR) and fast casual (FC) restaurant brands. Digital ordering is still larger at fast casuals versus QSR. Half of fast casuals achieved 26-50 percent digital sales, while nearly half of QSRs had 11-25 percent digital sales.

Their covered outdoor parklet offers colorful seating to appreciate people watching along South Street or enjoy their intimate dining room indoors. Little Fish BYOB in Queen Village sits on the corner of 6th and Fitzwater in a quaint little building with sidewalk seating. Pumpkin BYOB has a cute name and adorable style.

I see flat-fee QSR, hybrid or fast casual restaurants with fixed-price approachable menus of typically unattainable offerings, such as Burger Lobster (lobster) and Sugarfish (sushi, omakase) becoming more popular. For now, it's just a matter of figuring out how we're going to survive. Vegan and Veggie forward will continue to grow.
