About one year ago I opened a bottle of 2004 Les Ruchets Cornas from Jean-Luc Colombo winery located in the northern appellation of Cornas in the Rhône Valley, France. This wine is produced by the historic Valdo Spumanti winery that specializes in Prosecco and sparkling wines.
