This well-acclaimed restaurant simplifies fine dining by serving high-quality ingredients in a laid-back environment. Located on Arizona State University’s beloved Mill Avenue, the brewery is just west of Centerpoint on Mill. An ASU alum himself–Owner Julian Wright, opened Pedal Haus hoping to capture the essence of European craft beers. With the help of Arizona’s notorious brewer, Derek Osborne, the restaurant quickly gained recognition as the best brewery in the United States. Pedal Haus’ Day Drinker is frequently recommended and has received the most awards. I paired the light lager with a white truffle mushroom pizza, and both went down a little too easily.
