Ingredients:
5 diced red tomatoes
1 small chopped onion (white or red)
1 bunch of fresh and chopped coriander
2 limes, juice from
Sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper
1 chopped serrano/jalapeño pepper (optional)
Making:
Mix together in a bowl and refrigerate for an hour. Place the preparation in a mortar or in a serving dish and garnished with some fresh coriander and a touch of olive oil, add a bunch of tortilla chips.
Note: you must get a Pico de Gallo with visible pieces. Use as a side dish, or in a place of sauce.
