Today and everyday – women are making a difference in the restaurant world. A woman’s place is in the kitchen, but they are not women chefs – they are chefs. The work is not gender based – when you have the skills, when you have the passion, when you make the commitment, and when your food speaks volumes then you are simply “a chef.” Celebrate chefs and celebrate the contributions that women make to our profession – today and every day.
