2 parts Sparkling Wine
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 part Creme de Cassis
Splash of Simple Syrup
Lemon Twist
Combine all ingredients except the sparkling wine and creme de cassis in a shaker with ice and shake to combine. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine, then drizzle over the creme de cassis. Garnish with a lemon twist.
