1.5 oz. Brockmans Gin
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
2.0 oz. Champagne
Lemon twist to Garnish
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the first three ingredients and shake. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute and top with Champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
Amarone Negroni – an equal to the best aperitif ever!
1.0 oz. Brockmans Gin
1.0 oz. Campari
.75 oz. Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Amarone Red Wine
Orange Wedge to Garnish
Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the first four ingredients and shake. Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice and strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a slice of orange
Mocha Martini – deeply desirable, richly deserved!
1.5 oz. Brockmans Gin
.5 oz. Dark Chocolate Liqueur
1.0 oz. Espresso
Wash of Simple syrup
Chocolate Powder & 1 Coffee Bean to Garnish
Rinse the Martini glass with simple syrup. Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the first three ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with the chocolate powder and coffee bean.
