We are fearful of a virus that is still out there, still scoping us out, still waiting to strike again, and we are not prepared for that. We are fearful that 25% or 50% capacity in our restaurants will not allow us to survive – so, what’s the point?

According to the Texas Restaurant Association , half of the restaurants in Texas are hesitant to reopen. Since Georgia's push to reopen in late April, customers did not flood back to eateries at the expected rate.
