Wouldn’t it feel great to organize every aspect of your life within the apps on your phone?
Well, I’m here to let you in on some of the most creative organizing, planning, tracking, and saving apps on the market.
We’ve gathered some of our favorite life-organizing apps for not only the dedicated entrepreneur you are but also for the busy, structure-needing woman you are who’s needing some help in your everyday life.
These apps are genius and after this read, you’ll be saying ‘I can’t believe there’s an app for that!’
1. Strides
Needing a platform to hold you accountable for daily habits? Strides is great for goal setting, daily routines, tracking habits, staying motivated, and creating the best version of yourself.
You can add different things you want to track such as exercise, meditating, reading, sleeping, etc. and also an option for creating your own topics.
You can customize these to best fit your needs and once you’ve created some, they will all appear on your home page and dashboard so that you can keep track of all of them at the same time.
You can even set dates and reminders to make sure you’re staying on track with your goals.
2. MileIQ
If commuting is part of your daily routine, this is the app for you.
MileIQ stores all of your drives (miles, time, etc.) in an app that runs without you needing to be on it.
There’s no starting or ending for each ride, it simply calculates when you have driven and then gives you the ability later to say which rides were work-related and which were personal.
This app has saved people in total over 60 million hours of logging time, meaning you are free to use your hours you don’t spend logging on more important business.
3. Freedom
As entrepreneurs, it can be extremely difficult to stay focused while working on your own time.
I think we can all relate to sitting down to work and finding ourselves deep into our emails, Facebook pages, and our million other obligations forgetting what it was we sat down to work on in the first place.
Freedom works with your browser and/or phone to block distracting websites and apps while you work in order to provide you with the best productivity. You can even sync all of your devices simultaneously to guarantee complete concentration.
And did I mention you can set up recurring sessions? Meaning, you can block out time each day or week routinely to keep you on a strict productivity schedule. They’ve literally thought of everything.
If only this app had been around forever!
4. Keepy
This app is genius. This app was originally created with the intention of saving your child’s artwork, schoolwork, pictures, mementos, etc. on a website instead of saving every piece of physical paper – we all know how crazy those bins in the basement have become after years of saving things here and there.
It’s as simple as taking individual photos of the items you’re saving and then uploading them to the site.
You can even edit them within, add voice recordings over the top, and separate pieces by age or folders.
On top of all of that, you can give multiple family members access to timelines and they can comment on different videos and pieces of work. It’s a great way to stay connected and share in a way that wouldn’t be possible with a bucket full of unorganized projects and pictures and clutter.
It’s all up to you how you utilize this app, but I can guarantee you it’s worth the try!
5. Dubsado
Dubsado is the one-stop-shop for all of your business needs.
They manage all of your appointments, contracts, invoicing, etc. so that you can focus on what really matters: creating and growing your business.
As much as we would like to think we can handle every aspect of our business by ourselves, some stuff is better left to the ones who excel in areas you don’t, this way you can get back to the areas that brought you to your business in the first place.
Dubsado is just that; we highly recommend it!
6. Trello
Trello is the ultimate life organizing app. There is no one purpose it has, but rather it can literally hold every aspect of your life that needs organizing.
This service organizes your madness in groups called boards. Boards are then broken down into lists which then hold cards.
Boards are the overarching topic, lists are the different sections within those, and cards are individual tasks or events that break your boards down into manageable parts.
You can even collaborate with multiple people within specific boards in order to better communicate and work together.
There is so much you can do within Trello, check it out and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
