Summer detox popsicles

Quick, easy, detox and super refreshing, you got to try this!

Serves: 24 small size molds

Cooks: 10 minutes plus 3 to 5 hours in freezer

Difficulty: Super easy

Nutrition facts: Vitamin A, B, C, E, fiber, iron, calcium, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus

 

Ingredients:

1/2 sweet pineapple

1 peeled and seeded cucumber

1 bunch of fresh basil leaves

3 limes, juice from

500 ml filtered water

2 tablespoons of agave syrup (optional)

 

Making:

Liquefy all the ingredients in a blender or a mixer for a few seconds.

Place the preparation in a popsicle molds or small paper glasses. Let them freeze for 3 to 5 hours.

Enjoy at any time!!!

Note: you can replace the basil for mint or parsley.
