Ingredients:
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 little spoon baking soda
1 little spoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 cup softened butter
¾ caster sugar
¾ Brown sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla extract
2 cups dark chocolate flakes or chips
Making:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with wax paper.
Beat the butter with the sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add the 2 eggs (one by one) and the vanilla and mix well. Sift and add the flour, the baking soda and the baking powder, then the salt and the chocolate flakes.
Make balls with a tablespoon and place in to the tray (leave 5-8 cm between one and the other). Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Place in the preheat oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
Note: you can add a few spoons of nuts, dried fruits or oats flakes if you want to try something different.
Serve with a glass of milk or with a coffee and enjoy it!
