King of the North Oysters are a Pacific Oyster (Crassostrea gigas) cultivated at the north end of Willapa Bay near the small town of Bruce Port in Washington State. King of the North oysters have deep cups with a clean, sweet flavor, tender meats, a mild salinity and a slightly stony finish.
