Come visit Bizimply at Caffè Culture 2019 between 28-29 October, Business Design Centre, London
We’re really looking forward to exhibiting at Caffè Culture at the end of the month. Mainly, of course, to meet as many of the attendees as possible – owners of independent coffee shops as well as representatives and buyers from the high street chains and multiples.
But as well as the exhibition – we will be on Stand H8 (beside Kiss the Hippo and across from the Competition Stage) – there is a great programme of paid and free content.
For example, there is a workshop on how to take a systematic approach to improving the profitability of your coffee shop despite difficult market conditions and rising costs. This is a topic we have frequently covered on our website. The workshop is hosted by John Richardson of the Coffee Profit Lab.
John will also host a workshop on a topic even closer to our hearts – managing staff. At Bizimply, we are convinced that getting the best out of your staff requires you to be clear and transparent about working hours and pay staff accordingly – so we hope this aspect will get the attention it deserves!
Of course, there are as many aspects to running a successful café as there are varieties of coffee bean. And many of them are dealt with in the Caffè Culture seminar programme.
They include advice to independents on competing with the big boys, sustainability, expanding your brand, using social media and even (inevitably!) how to mitigate the effects of Brexit.
Plus lots to learn about the latest espresso technology and entertainment including the ever-popular barista competitions.
It will all be an informative couple of days and a lot of fun – we’ll be busy meeting people on Stand H8 but do stop by for a chat – we’ll be fascinated to hear about your business and its challenges.
