Explain your role at xtraCHEF.

Sales Development Rep, which means I’m always reaching out to businesses and conveying the value that xtraCHEF provides to restaurants.

What did you do before you came xtraCHEF?

I just graduated this summer from CUNY Hunter College as a Chinese Major and French Minor. In the years before starting at xtraCHEF, I got to spend one year in France, three months in Taiwan, and a year in Mainland China.

What do you love about xtraCHEF?

Having worked in restaurants throughout high school and college, I’ve seen the absolute chaos that happens in a restaurant’s BOH. I love the fact that xtraCHEF eliminates a lot of these problems and enables restaurants to thrive without being tied down with tedious manual data entry and inventory.

Why are you passionate about the restaurant industry?

I love trying new and delicious food and also believe that so many important things happen in restaurants: birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, etc. Restaurants are a great place to come together with others over great food and drinks.

What do you do when you’re not working?

I love thrift shopping, trying new restaurants with friends, and exploring different neighborhoods throughout the different boroughs. When I’m home I love to cook or sing loud to Fleetwood Mac.
