Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups unsweetened organic almond or coconut milk
¼ cup organic chia seeds
2 or 3 tablespoons organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon organic agave syrup
Pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan
Vegan dark chocolate and coconut flakes for garnish
Making:
Add all the ingredients in a large glass jar with a lid (put the lid on) and shake it energetically to mix it all up. Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours, shaking occasionally, until thick and looks like a pudding. Serve the pudding with the dark chocolate and the coconut or whatever topping you like.
Note: you can add caramelized nuts/praline at the end, to give a crunchy touch.
